SpaceCamp includes new tracks and cues missing from the original ‘80s album. Record label Intrada obviously recognizes the simple brilliance of this soundtrack, pulling out all stops with its new 2-CD release. This score is not phoned home – it sounds like space if you could actually hear anything in space. While it’s no blockbuster, it sounds like one, thanks to the incidental music. The family film is beloved by the two Gen-Xers that I polled. It is an exciting, glossily-filmed romp about some kids who go to NASA space camp, end up in space and have to find a way to get home. To start, we’ve got Reva, the Third Sister, returning for her second figurine. Kicking things off, we’ve got this week’s two new Funko Pop! releases. This week, it looks like we’re getting more Funko Pop! and Black Series figures in addition a couple new lightsaber crafting kits. Last week, we got a glimpse of the first batch of Funko Pop! figures, Black Series collectibles, LEGO sets, and plushies to be released as tie-ins for the series.
